Please be aware that external optical drive does not open when the eject key on the keyboard is pressed. The disc tray will open when the button of the disc drive is pressed only when it is empty. Nothing will happen when the button is pressed if a disc is in the tray.
To take out the disc from the disc drive, one of the following methods must be followed.
