ECCS has started blocking some P2P application traffic for terminals, SSH server in the network form August 2, 2016 as a security measure. Applications that are being blocked are limited to file sharing applications, Messaging applications, such as skype, will continue to be available. If you wish to use applications that are blocked for education and research purposes, please contact the person in charge of ECCS in the Information Technology Center (etc-support[at] ecc. u-tokyo.ac.jp).
