Using Visual Studio Community

Visual Studio Community is installed on the Windows environment of the ECCS terminals. Those wishing to use Visual Studio Community must sign in using their own Microsoft account IDs.

• Those who already have a Microsoft account, can sing in with their Microsoft account ID and password once Visual Studio Community activates.
• Those who do not have a Microsoft account, need to go to the registration site of Microsoft and create an account.

Important Notice

When you use Visual Community on the ECCS terminal, even though your Microsoft account was obtained individually, the use of the software will fall into the category of Organization licenses in the Microsoft Software license Terms.

• ITC has already confirmed with Microsoft that there will be no problem in using Visual Studio Community on the ECCS terminal in lectures with individual Microsoft accounts.
