If sound device has been disabled, you may get and error message "Cannot play movie. Please try again later." when trying to play YouTube videos on ITC-LMS.
If the error message is displayed, you will not be able to watch videos on the ITC-LMS.
The problem will be solved when you enable a sound device, for example, connecting your earphones to the earphone jack.
