[ITC-LMS]Temporary Unavailability of Services due to Changeover of Academic Affairs System

The date and time of the suspension of ITC-LMS services has been modified.

The period for suspension in the link between ITC-LMS and UTAS has been changed. (Updated at 13:00 on Jun.7, 2017)

The changeover from the current academic affairs systems (UTask-Web, UT-mate) to the new combined system (UTokyo Academic Affairs System) is scheduled for the following date and time. (please refer to “Information Regarding Changeover of the Academic Affairs System at UTokyo" for more details). Accordingly, the ITC-LMS services will becomes unavailable during the changeover periods. We will provide an update on this website at a later time to announce that the link has been reestablished.

Suspension of link between ITC-LMS and the current academic affairs system

Friday, June 9, 2017 ~ Wednesday, June 21, 2017

• The link between ITC-LMS and the academic affairs system, including viewing course information and checking enrollee information will be suspended during this period. (Course registration information registered on the Academic Affairs System will not be reflected on ITC-LMS.)
• The link between ITC-LMS and Academic Affairs System (UTAS) will be reestablished as soon as the integrity of the linked information, including course information and enrollee information, is confirmed. We will provide an update on this website after the link has been resumed.
• However, ITC-LMS will still be available at times other than the periods stated below.

Suspension of ITC-LMS

Wednesday, June 14, 2017 from 12:10-13:00 (Updated at 13:15 on Jun 14, 2017)

A few hours between Tuesday, June 13, 2017 and Thursday, June 15, 2017 (exact details to be announced later)

The ITC-LMS will be temporarily suspended in order to prepare the connection with UTokyo Academic Affairs System (UTAS).
