[Windows] Unable to Use USB Flash Drive[solved]

This issue has been resolved and USB flash drive access has been restored as of August 31, 2017.

Temporary solution for the Windows environment (added on August 23)

• If you directly enter “E:￥” in the address bar of the Windows Explorer, files in the USB flash drive will become accessible.
• Please note that the “Safely Remove Hardware” menu will not be displayed.

Problems have been reported when trying to read/writing to USB flash drives in the Windows environment.

We kindly ask all ECCS users to use USB flash drives in the Mac environment until the problem is fixed.
