As of June 15, 2018, the problem seems to have been resolved.
If this problem occurs continually, please contact the person in charge of ECCS at ITC.
The synchronization between authentication servers has been modified.
If the following message is displayed when you are trying to log in (log on) to the Windows environment, you will not be able to log in even if you enter the correct ID and password. We are currently working on this issue.
The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed.
Additionally, this issue has not been confirmed when using the Mac environment
We confirmed that you can avoid the problem by restarting the terminal. Please press the power button on the lower-left back of a terminal to restart.
If this solution does not work, please contact an ECCS system assistant, ECCS help desk or a person in charge of ECCS (firstname.lastname@example.org) and inform them of the host name of the terminal where the problem occurred. Even if the problem has been solved, we would appreciate it if you could still contact us. The host name of the terminal is written on a sticker attached to the lower front of the stand that supports the main unit. (pc 6 digit number)
