[ITC-LMS] I cannot log in to ITC-LMS using an ECCS account

First, please confirm that you can log in to an ECCS terminal and whether or not the password has expired.(for commonly asked questions, please refer to Password expiration date (ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp))

If you are unable to log in to the ECCS terminal or change your password, please have your password reissued.(for commonly asked questions, please refer to If you have forgotten your password (ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp))
