You can set the viewing period for course materials and assignments in one-minute intervals.
However, the end time of the viewing period is designated as follows:

For example: when the end time for the viewing period is specified as 00:00 on xx day

• You can view the material until 23:59:59 on the previous day (xx – one day).
  

• Even if you have set the submission period in the "Assignment" screen, if the submission screen was accessed before the end time, it is possible for students to submit the assignment. However, the assignment will be registered as "Submitted after deadline", not "Submitted within deadline".
