Notice to the end of issuing of new ECCS Staff Email

Overview

From February 12, 2020, ECCS Staff Email addresses (xxx@mail.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp) will no longer be issued.
Current users of the ECCS Staff Email will continue to be able to use their ECCS Staff Email addresses.

Additional Information

Work to change specifications will take place on February 12. When the process is finished, the changes to the specifications will be made.

Points to be updated

New ECCS Staff Email addresses will no longer be issued from February 12, 2020.
Academic and administrative staff who have previously obtained the right to use ECCS will be able to use both their ECCS Staff Email and ECCS Cloud Email. After February 12, 2020, please begin using the ECCS Cloud Email.

In addition, ECCS Cloud Emails will be made available for those academic and administrative staff who have not obtained the right to use ECCS. For more details, please refer to the ECCS announcement “[ECCS Cloud Email] Expanding the rage of staff who will be able to use the ECCS Cloud Emai”
For this reason, those who prefer to use only ECCS Cloud Email do not need to apply for the use of ECCS. ~Please set up ECCS Cloud Email on your own after referring to How to use ECCS Cloud Email -Initial setting etc.
