From February 20, 2020, ECCS Cloud Email will be made available to academic and administrative staff who have a UTokyo Account.
Work to change specifications will take place on February 20. When the process is finished, the changes to the specifications will be made. Please try to apply for the use of the ECCS Cloud Email after the changes have been made.
The ECCS Cloud Email will be available from February 20, 2020 for academic and administrative staff who have a UTokyo Account.
Previously, staff were requested to obtain the right to use ECCS separately before beginning to use the ECCS Cloud Email service. However, the rules will be changed so that any staff will be able to use the ECCS Cloud Email system as long as they have a UTokyo Account.
For more details on UTokyo Accounts, please contact the administrator of the personnel information system of your affiliation after referring to the UTokyo Account page on the UTokyo Portal.
No changes will be implemented for current ECCS Cloud Email users.

When academic and administrative staff log in to the UTokyo Account User Menu, “ECCS Cloud Email (password)” will appear in the menu bar on the right side. You can set up an e-mail address and a password for the ECCS Cloud Email from this menu.
