Measures corresponding to the New Coronavirus (updated on July 17, 2020)

Considering the current situation of the new coronavirus, the following measures have been taken for all the following locations where ECCS terminals are installed. Also, please note that system support assistants may be absent at their own discretion.

※As for distributed locations and libraries etc. where ECCS terminals are installed, please follow the policy of each locations and facilities.

• Komaba Library, Media Park: Resumed the service for limited ECCS terminals
  • Please refer to the Komaba Library web page for details on entering the Komaba I Campus, etc.

• Kashiwa Library: Resumed the service for ECCS terminals

• General Library, Media Plaza: Resumed the service for ECCS terminals by reducing seats

• Komaba Information Education Building - Open: Resumed the service for ECCS terminals (Resumed support at the Help Desk / by telephone)

• The study room, Information Technology Center on Hongo campus: Closed
• The practice room, Fukutake Hall on Hongo campus: Closed（We have declined the use of the room even for the purpose of classes because it is impossible that we ventilate the room due to the room structure.)

• Fukutake Hall, Service Counter: Closed
• Information Technology Center, Help Desk on Hongo campus: Closed (Services over the counter and phone are not available)
