System maintenance will be performed on Wednesday, March 11, and from Monday, March 16 to Tuesday, March 17, 2020 during the following periods.
The following services will be affected during the maintenance. Please check this announcement carefully before using those services.

Monday, March 16, 2020 from 10:00 to 18:00, and Tuesday, March 17, 2020 from 10:00 to 19:00

Service Affected

March 17, 2020 from 11:00 to 16:00

• IPP printing service will be unavailable
  • Please print using the ECCS terminals or from USB memory devices.

• Remote Access Environment
  • Off-site access using the Remote Access Environment will be unavailable. Please try accessing once the maintenance has been completed.

• License server
  • If the license-limited software cannot be activated or used, restart the software after waiting for 10 minutes.
