[Solved] [ITC-LMS] Problem with "Unable to log in to ITC-LMS" (January 30, 2021)

The following failure had occurred from the early the morning of January 30, 2021 due to time setting errors in some of the servers.
Period of occurrence
From 05:30 to 23:35 on January 30, 2021
Details of the problem
- "Notification" on the login screen was not displayed (it became blank).
- After pressing the login button, the UTokyo Account authentication screen to log in to ITC-LMS did not appear as normal.
Users who experienced this problem
- Some users who accessed the ITC-LMS during the above time period (users who accessed the failed server).
Please note that this problem has already been resolved, and the ITC-LMS is now operating normally.
