ECCS2021 allows you to check the amount of your file usage through the ECCS portal. However, many users have been receiving the message “A server error occurred. Please contact the administrator” after a minute or so when they select “Check the amount of your file usage” from the menu.
As of March 2, 2021. Currently, there are no methods for users to check the amount of their file usage. Some problems may occur when the disk usage limit of 8GB (for students) (total amount for both Windows and Mac environments combined) (18GB for academic and administrative staff) in the home directory is exceeded. For users who may exceed the disk usage limit, please log in to the WebDAV environment or SSH server to delete unnecessary files.
