Earthquake resistance renovation work will be carried out on the main building of the Information Technology Center on the Asano Campus during the 2021 academic year.
For this reason, the Large PC Classrooms 1 and 2, and the study room in the Information Technology Center will be unavailable until the end of the 2021 academic year.
During this renovation work, ECCS terminals will be made available for classes, etc. by installing ECCS terminals in an off-campus building.
However, please note that the usability, such as the number of seats or seating layout, of the off-campus building will be different from the PC Classrooms in the Information Technology Center.

Bookings for Large PC classrooms in the Hongo 3-chome Building will be treated as bookings for the Large PC classrooms in the Information Technology Center during the 2021 academic year. Please make a booking fort the rooms through “Large PC classrooms, Information Technology Center (ITC) Hongo Campus - Availability and Bookings”

As the staff will unlock large PC rooms on the reserved date and time, please just use the rooms.
Before entering the building, We recommend that you submit the Health Management Report Form and receive an [ENTRY OK] e-mail.
The rooms will be opened only during the periods when the classes are booked.
