[ECCS Cloud Email] Accounts which cannot access the exclusive web pages for UTokyo accounts

Some new users have experienced issues where they are unable to access files on the Google Drive which are open to those who know the web links for the ECCS Cloud Email of the University of Tokyo even though they have successfully logged in to the ECCS Cloud Email.

You can check if your account has this problem by following the instructions on “Go to the test page (Google Spreadsheet) dedicated to ECCS Cloud Email” in “Preparing for online classes at the University of Tokyo (for new students enrolled in AY2021) – ECCS Cloud Email (G Suite)”. If your account is experiencing the same problem, please contact the Technical Support Desk using the email form.

In addition, for academic and administrative staff who have published course materials, etc. on Google Drive or YouTube as “open to users who know the web links for the ECCS Cloud Email of the University of Tokyo”, please pay attention to the followings.
