[ITC-LMS] Changes to the default display for the attendance status

Overview

Based on the results of the survey conducted in July 2021, the default display of attendance status on the enrolled student's screen has been changed.

Changes

The default display of the attendance status before and after the registration period set by the instructor is as follows.
※Attendance can be sent between the "start of registration period and end of registration period". Once the attendance notification has been sent, the status of "attended" (or “late”, “left early”, etc.) will be displayed even after the end of the registration period.

Before the change

• before the start of the registration period -> Absent
• the start of the registration period～the end of the registration period -> Absent
• after the end of the registration period -> Absent
  
  

After the change

• before the start of the registration period -> Outside the attendance submission period
• the start of the registration period ～ the end of the registration period -> Within the attendance submission period
  ※The text will be displayed as a link, and clicking on the status will take you to the attendance transmission screen.
• after the end of the registration period -> Absent (if attendance registration has not been completed)
