Information Session on how to use UTOL

The current learning management system (ITC-LMS) will end its operation in February 2024, and the new system, nicknamed UTOL (UTokyoLMS), will start services in March 2024. An information session will be held for academic and administrative staff to explain how to use UTOL and how it differs from the ITC-LMS.
Please register from the registration page if you wish to attend the information session.
After the information session, materials for the information session will be available for on-campus use (ECCS Cloud Email account required). If you cannot attend on the day, please use those materials (no registration is required).
1. Venue
- Komaba Campus: Tuesday, March 19, 14:30-15:30, in large PC Class Room 2 on the 3rd floor of the Information Education Bldg.
- Online participation via Zoom is available. After registration, information on the information session materials and connection method will be emailed.
2. Register
- Please complete the "Registration Form for UTOL Information Session on how to use UTOL" (Google Form). You need to log in using your ECCS Cloud Email (XXXXX@g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp).
- If you cannot register using the above form (e.g., if you have not yet obtained a UTokyo Account), please email lms-support_AT_ itc.u-tokyo.ac.jp with the following information.
- The venue where you wish to attend (Komaba Campus or Online)
- Your affiliation (Faculty, Graduate School, etc.)
- Your status (Academic and administrative staff including part-time staff or Student)
- Your full name
