[ITC-LMS] Course registration with ITC-LMS (automatic link function with the online system for academic affairs)

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Course you have already enrolled for or information on the course found on the UTokyo Academic affairs System (UTAS) are automatically registered on the ITC-LMS. However please note the following points.

Academic staff

• If you intend to use the ITC-LMS for a course that has not been registered on the UTAS, we ask course instructors or academic staff to apply for its use from Request form for creating courses as described here.
• If a course that is already registered on the UTAS is not displayed on the course schedule list or cannot be found through the search, please contact the ITC-LMS support.
• Students who have enrolled for a course using the UTAS even once will automatically show up as a registered participant for the course (registered enrollee). Please also refer to the following FAQ.

I canceled my enrollment through UTAS. Do I still need to unregister the course using the ITC-LMS? (For student)

Student

• Registering for or cancelling registration for courses using the ITC-LMS will not be reflected in the course enrollment screen of the UTAS. Please make sure to register/unregister the course using the UTAS.
