情報基盤センターの教育用計算機システム（ECCS）担当です．

本メールは，ECCSクラウドメール利用者(g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jpのアカウント保有者)のうち，Googleドライブで共有ドライブを利用されている方へのお知らせです．共有ドライブを利用されていない方，利用するすべての共有ドライブに代表責任者が既に設定済みの方はご放念ください．

【依頼事項】 8月以降も継続して共有ドライブを利用される場合，共有ドライブに代表責任者を設定してください．また，共有ドライブの容量の制限値の設定が，実際の利用量を下回らないようにお願いします．代表責任者の設定が完了しているかどうかの確認と完了していない場合の設定方法については，以下の広報をご確認願います．

【今後の予定】代表責任者が設定されていない共有ドライブは，8月1日以降書き込み不可（読み出しのみ可）となります．そして，8月後半以降に削除されます．

This is the Educational Campuswide Computing System (ECCS) staff at the Information Technology Center.

This email is a notice for users of ECCS Cloud Mail (g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp account holders) who are utilizing shared drives on Google Drive. If you are not using shared drives or have already set up a responsible representative on all the shared drives you use, please disregard this message.

[Request Details] If you plan to continue using shared drives after August, please set a responsible representative for the shared drive. Additionally, please ensure that the set limit for the shared drive's capacity does not fall below the actual usage. To confirm whether the responsible representative has been set and to learn how to set it if it hasn't been completed, please refer to the following announcement:

[Upcoming Plans] Shared drives without a responsible representative will become read-only (no new file creation or writing allowed) starting from August 1. These drives will be deleted in the latter half of August.
