2024年5月7日に、当センターより、代表者が不在の共有ドライブで最高の権限を有するユーザの方へ、以下の内容を記載したメールをお送りしています。
On May 7, 2024, the Information Technology Center sent the following email to users who hold the highest level of authority for the shared drives without designated representatives.
【代表者登録のない共有ドライブの削除予定】
代表者が設定されていない共有ドライブは，システム管理者によって2024年5月20日に削除されます．代表者が設定されていない共有ドライブを引き続き利用される場合は，共有ドライブに「代表者」(g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jpドメインのユーザである必要があります)を設定してください．また，共有ドライブに割り当て設定した容量が，実際の利用量を下回らないように設定してください．代表者の設定が完了しているかどうかの確認と完了していない場合の設定方法については，以下の広報をご確認願います．
【Schedule for deletion of shared drives without a registered representative】
On May 20,2024, the system administrator will delete all shared drives for which representatives have yet to be set up. If you plan to continue using the shared drives with no representatives, please set "a representative" ( a user from the g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp domain) for each shared drive. Additionally, please ensure that the storage limit settings for shared drives are set to accommodate your actual usage. To confirm if a representative has been designated and for instructions on how to do so if it hasn't been done yet, please refer to the following announcement:

【削除対象の共有ドライブの確認方法】
代表者が設定されていない共有ドライブは2024年5月7日に，共有ドライブ名の先頭に「to_be_deleted_」が付加された名前に変更しました(共有ドライブの管理者はGoogleドライブの機能で名前を元に戻すことができます)．共有ドライブ名に「to_be_deleted_」が付加された共有ドライブは，代表者の設定が行われないまま2024年5月20日をむかえると削除されます．
[How to check the shared drives subject to deletion]
Shared drives with no representative set was renamed on May 7, 2024, with "to_be_deleted_" appended to the beginning of the shared drive name (shared drive administrators can revert the names using Google Drive functionality). Shared drives with "to_be_deleted_" added to their names will be deleted on May 20, 2024, if there are no assigned representatives.
