Overview

If you read or write ECCS Cloud Email or personal email using Mail.app in the Mac environment of the ECCS terminal, it may lead to an error when using the ECCS terminal as the emails tend to be saved on the local disk leading to you exceeding the home disk capacity limit.

Point to notice

The email program in the Mac environment (Mail.app ver. 9) cannot be set so that you do not store the emails locally when using the IMAP 4 connection.

• If majority of the home disk space is taken up by emails, stop using the email application in the Mac environment (Mail.app) and please access the ECCS Cloud Email through the web browser (Safari or Firefox etc.).
