The Help Desk on Hongo Campus is on the 1st floor of the Information Technology Center, and the Service Counter is on the 1st Basement Level of Fukutake Hall as shown on the map below.
The Help Desk on Komaba Campus is in Room E15, which can be found on the right hand of the entrance at the back, on the 1st floor of the Information Education Building as shown on the map below.
These Help Desks are available between 9:00 and 12:00, 13:00 and 17:00 on weekdays.
