Current situation as of 8:00 PM on Sunday, May 20

Around 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 20, ECCS Staff Email and MailHosting service emails which had been stopped have now resumed being sent to individual mailboxes. As of 8:00 PM, email services using POP/IMAP/SMTP/Web Mail are available. We will continue to make sure the whole of ECCS is operating normally. We apologize to all users for any inconvenience, and also thank you for your understanding.

Current situation as of 11:15 PM on Saturday, May 19

We expect email delivery issues for ECCS Staff Email and MailHosting service to be restored at the earliest by Sunday, May 21, and possibly by Monday, May 22. We deeply apologize to all users for the inconvenience.

Current situation as of 9:45 PM on Saturday, May 19

Emails are currently not being delivered to individual mailboxes from outside when using ECCS Staff Email and MailHosting services. In this case, the sender will receive an error message after one hour has passed since the server received the email. We are currently working on the restoration of services. However, it may take time. We apologize to all users for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Current situation as of approx. 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 19

The file server has been restored. However, the internal server load is extremely high at the present. The operation of other services affected by the file server may become unstable. It may take some time until the server can be fully restored.

System maintenance for the file server used for ECCS, ECCS Staff Email and Mailhosting service will be performed during the following periods.
Services may be unavailable for some time during the maintenance.

Services will resume sequentially as the maintenance is completed.
