From the 2019 academic year, the right to use ECCS is no longer a requirement for students to be able to use the ITC-LMS, the Learning Management System provided by the Information Technology Center (Academic and administrative staff are already able to use the ITC-LMS without any other requirements).
Therefore, all members of the University of Tokyo who have the UTokyo Account can now use the ITC-LMS without any further conditions.
