The Information Technology Center (ITC) and Fukutake Hall on Hongo, and the Information Education Building on Komaba Campus will be closed during the year-end and New Year holidays.
Closing Schedule for the Center and the Buildings
- ITC: December 28 (Sat), 2019 ~ January 5 (Sun), 2020
- Fukutake Hall: December 28 (Sat), 2019 ~ January 5 (Sun), 2020
- The Information Education Building on Komaba Campus: December 28 (Sat), 2019 ~ January 5 (Sun), 2020
Closing Schedule for the Help Desks and the Service Counter
- ITC & Fukutake Hall (on the 1st Basement Level): December 28 (Sat), 2019 ~ January 5 (Sun), 2020
- The Information Education Building on Komaba Campus: December 28 (Sat), 2019 ~ January 5 (Sun), 2020
Notes
- Please note that Help Desk services (email, by phone, etc.) will not be available also during the period of closing.
- ECCS services may still be accessed through networks as the system will be operating as usual over the closure period.
- ECCS terminals installed at other locations on campus will be available if those rooms are open.
- You can also check the opening and closing schedule except for the above period for the Information Education Building on Komaba Campus through the website.
- Also, please be aware of the opening and closing schedule for each of the libraries. (General Library|Komaba Library|Kashiwa Library)
