As reported on the Internet, newspapers, television, etc., government agencies are moving to review their use of LINE from March 2021. Therefore, we would like to inform you about the operation method and precautions for linking to LINE using ITC-LMS.
You can receive notifications from ITC-LMS using LINE. In order to do so, it is necessary for you to register the LINE account you use in "SNS Account Notice Information" by going to the "Personal Settings" screen from "Settings" on the top menu after logging in to ITC-LMS. You will not receive any information through LINE unless you set this up.
You can receive notifications on your participating courses through LINE. To receive notifications, once you have set up the SNS Account Notice Information, you will also need to set the "Receive by mail and LINE" or "Receive by LINE" in "Notification" on the "Personal Settings" screen. You will not receive any information through LINE unless you set this up.
In addition, it is necessary for the instructor to set "Notify by Mail and LINE" to "Send" when registering and creating the notification for the content of the notification to be sent to the course participants on the information publication date and time. Unless the course instructor makes this setting, no notifications will be sent to the accounts of the course participants.
You can receive a summary of important updates for each course you attend through LINE, for example, "Online lesson information has been updated" or "New assignments have been added". After you set the SNS Account Notice Information, if you also set "Redirecting all information once a day" in "Update notification" on the "Personal Settings" screen, the notification updates such as the title of the assignment and the date and time when the assignment was set will be sent to your LINE account. The summary of update information will not be sent to your LINE account unless you set this up.
