The right to use ECCS means having the right to use the ECCS services. The following services cannot be used without first obtaining the right to use ECCS.
※ECCS Cloud Email and ITC-LMS are available without obtaining the right to use ECCS.
You can check whether or not you have the right to use ECCS by accessing the “ECCS Account Information” on the left menu after you log in to the ECCS User Menu.
You will be able to obtain the right to use ECCS once you have completed the “ECCS Online New User Information Seminar” on the ITC-LMS.

You will be able to obtain the right to use ECCS without taking the seminar when you apply for the use of ECCS from the “ECCS Application Menu”.
